Kijani Farm Founders

The Dellamaters founded Kijani Farm in 2016. Brian, Heather, and Charleigh live on Kijani Farm where they work alongside the Maasai people. Brian is a master carpenter with experience in land development in Kenya. Heather is a coordinator, visionary, and planner with a background in organizational development and spiritual growth. Charleigh is living a childhood dream with wild animals in her backyard and lots of playmates.

Brian and Heather were married in 1994 and have three children. Noah (the oldest) is married to Melissa. They live in Illinois. Issac (middle) serves in the U.S. Army. Charleigh (youngest) lives with mom and dad on Kijani Farm. She has giraffes in her backyard… she’s good!

Kijani Farm Storytellers

Todd and Emeris are on the team for Kijani Farm as the ministry's storytellers. Todd is a photographer and graphic designer with a passion for bringing people together through art. Emeris has experience in marketing communications and enjoys helping people share their stories with a journalistic approach. Todd and Emeris will develop a new area of focus within the Kijani Farm team through written and visual storytelling.

The Rhines' will split their efforts between Kenya and the United States to gather stories, connect with the Maasai community, and begin their own journey to help develop Kijani Farm partnerships.
